Mark was referred to us after many attempts/monies by other businesses who failed to eliminate the problem in our house. He provided a 3 hour house review no charge to analyze and determine next steps. Charges apply once review is complete and actual work is done determined/ implemented. He identified root cause and attacked it aggressively.
Broken pipe was the culprit yet after repairing pipe as point of entry he continued to perform resolution testing three times to insure there were no additional breakages. Mark cleaned every area of the house that he worked in. A complete end to end process that has resulted in the capture of the nemesis that caused major disruption in our lives. Through the work process Mark is a total professional, respectful, courteous and even a hint of levity in keeping focus while explaining each and every step performed.

After my exterminator could not catch the rodent in my attic, I called Mark for help.
He answered all of my questions in depth and even called my tenant who has health issues to reassure her. He came on time, was extremely friendly and professional and after serious investigation, he smoked the pipes and was able to locate where the rodents were accessing the attic.
He had to move my fridge, cut out the drywall to access the pipes. He fixed the issue and repaired the drywall. He left the the place behind the fridge even cleaner than when he arrived. His price was competitive and the quality of his services exceptional.
